Our
Flour

At Neighborhood Bakehouse we're really serious about the flour we use.  Everything we produce uses the absolute BEST in heritage and ancient grains.  Our flour is stone milled fresh to order locally (in Fairfield, IA).  The mill uses wheat from a handful of small family farms from within the region.  Each focuses on a growing a few varieties of wheat using regenerative/sustainable farming practices (no chemical additives to soil such as chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides or herbicides).
