Do you have anything gluten free?

This seemingly simple question has a bit of a long answer.  We don't technically offer anything gluten free. BUT!  If we rephrase the question to ask: "Do you have anything with digestible gluten?".  The answer to that question is a resounding "YES!"

By using traditional varieties of wheat (known as ancient and heritage grains), natural wild yeast (aka sourdough) and long fermentation times for our dough, we serve breads that will suit even the most sensitive eaters.

What do you serve?

At the time of writing, we have a simple menu of breads, cookies and treats.  We are hard at work on a number of exciting new additions and are looking at many ways to expand the menu.  Our pastry offerings will likely be next in line for us.  Stay tuned for more!

Why the limited schedule

The schedule we currently have allows us to bring you the highest quality products we can produce.  As a small family bakery, there is one baker who makes everything by hand, fresh, every day we're open.  Since the way we make bread is such a long process (it takes roughly 8 hours of prep work every day before the doors open) it's not possible at this time to get in too much earlier without loosing this remaining semblance of a healthy life.  Too much earlier and Matt would have to wake up the day before opening!

We will keep our days to Thursday, Friday and Saturday until demand for our bread reaches a point that we need to open an additional day to keep up.

Do you take special orders?

We do!  We offer rolls, bread bowls and a variety of different specialties to pair with the meal you have planned.  For our special event offerings, send us an email with details and what you are interested in.
