Cheese
We have an ever expanding selection of cheeses from small dairies across the country. All are working traditionally to create artisan cheeses of exceptional quality. Whether you prefer traditional European styles, modern American takes on the classics or amazing cheeses infused with honey, herbs or even whiskey we have something delightful for your table.

Charcuterie
What exactly is charcuterie? The word gets thrown around so much that it's in danger of losing its real meaning. Charcuterie refers to any form of cured, smoked, salted or preserved meat. On our shelves and in our cooler we have an array of pates and salamis. Pheasant or venison, preserved in bacon fat with herbs and spices? We've got that. Hand crafted salami with incredible flavors like orange pistachio or juniper berry? Check.

Marketplace
There is so much more that we have here in the Bakehouse that can truly elevate your next meal. From truffle mustard to small batch chocolates, we've got something for every occasion and every palatte!
